First, navigate to Boulder Town and speak with the auction staff. They will explain briefly how the auction will take place.

Speak with Hook and relay the information you found about the Auction.

Speak with Natasha and acquire the teddy bear.

Navigate to the Jarilo-VI Robot Settlement and speak with the Auctioneer.

Speak with three potential buyers. They are labeled as the Reticent Vagrant, the Gemologist, and the Weird Man.

Speak with the Auctioneer yet again and wait for the auction to conclude.

Speak with the auction staff, who will explain that the auction has been put on hold because one of the items, the Geomarrow Probe, has been stolen.
